Step 1

Submit a completed student application form along with a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.

Step 2

All student applicants will be given an Academic Entrance Exam to identify their current skill level.

To enter kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st and complete our free “Kindergarten Readiness” test. To arrange a testing appointment, please call (707) 763-2954. All other prospective students will be required to submit records (i.e. report cards, standardized test scores) from their most recently attended school.


Step 3

Submit a Letter of Recommendation from your pastor or teacher. We prefer a pastoral letter of recommendation when possible. If this is not applicable, recommendations will be accepted from the reference of your choice (i.e. coaches, scout leaders, etc.).


Step 4

Submit a completed Teacher Recommendation Forms for the applicable grade you are applying to (see below). This form must be filled out by your child’s current or most recent teacher and mailed directly to harvest Christian School in the envelope provided. These forms are available on our school website or at our school office.


Step 5

After your completed application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted by HCS to schedule a Family Interview. Both parents or guardians and student will interview with the school administration. During the interview process your student’s academic goals and readiness will be discussed.

Following the family interview you will be notified of the school administrations decision by mail. If you are accepted as a student at HCS a non-refundable registration fee (see below) is required at that time to secure your spot in your class.
